Kopo Account Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your Kopo account and associated data.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to tresor.mvumbi@smartcloudsystems.net with the subject "Kopo account deletion request".
  2. Include the sign-in method you used for Kopo, such as Google, Apple, or anonymous play.
  3. If you signed in with Google or Apple, send the request from the same email address when possible so we can verify the account.
  4. If you used anonymous play, include your player nickname and any relevant details that can help us identify the account.

Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or app store account credentials. Kopo does not need them to process deletion requests.

After we verify the request, we will delete or anonymize Kopo account data that is reasonably associated with the account, including:

Processing time

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. Some backup, log, purchase, or security records may remain for a reasonable additional period where required.
