Kopo Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Kopo, operated by Smart Cloud Systems ("Smart Cloud Systems," "we," "us," or "our"). By using Kopo, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility
Kopo may be used by families, but it is not directed specifically to children. If you are a minor, you may use Kopo only with permission and involvement from a parent or guardian. A parent or guardian is responsible for a minor's use of Kopo and any purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Accounts and sign-in
Kopo may allow anonymous play and account linking through Google or Apple. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping access to your device, Google account, Apple account, and app store account secure.
If you use anonymous access and later sign out or lose access to your device, you may not be able to recover that anonymous account unless it has been linked to Google or Apple.
Nickname and avatar rules
Kopo uses nicknames and avatars for gameplay and social features. You agree that your nickname should not be your real name and your avatar should not be an actual photograph of you or another person.
You may not use a nickname, avatar, feedback message, or other content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, deceptive, infringing, impersonating another person, or otherwise inappropriate for an all-ages app.
Using Kopo
You may use Kopo for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to:
- Cheat, exploit bugs, manipulate game state, or interfere with fair play.
- Harass, threaten, abuse, or target other players.
- Try to access another user's account, data, or private information.
- Reverse engineer, copy, sell, rent, or sublicense Kopo except as allowed by law.
- Interfere with Kopo servers, Firebase services, app store systems, ads, billing, or security controls.
- Use Kopo in a way that violates applicable law, store rules, or these Terms.
Online play and leaderboards
Online games, matchmaking, invitations, presence, scores, stars, and leaderboards depend on network availability and backend services. We may change, reset, remove, moderate, or disable game data where needed to operate Kopo, prevent abuse, fix issues, or comply with law.
Ads
Kopo may show ads, including banner and interstitial ads. Ads help support the app. Your region, consent choices, subscription status, device, and app configuration may affect whether ads are shown.
Remove Ads Monthly subscription
Kopo offers Remove Ads Monthly, a monthly auto-renewing subscription that removes ads in Kopo while your subscription is active. The subscription does not provide ownership of Kopo, does not remove payment or account requirements from Apple, Google, or your device, and does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- The subscription title is Remove Ads Monthly.
- The subscription period is monthly.
- The price is shown in the Apple App Store or Google Play purchase sheet before you confirm purchase.
- Payment is charged by Apple or Google to your app store account when you confirm purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically each month unless canceled before the end of the current billing period, according to Apple App Store or Google Play rules.
- You can cancel through your Apple App Store or Google Play account subscription settings.
- If you cancel, you generally keep access to the remove-ads benefit until the end of the current paid billing period, unless Apple or Google states otherwise.
- Refunds, billing issues, price changes, payment methods, renewal notices, and cancellation mechanics are handled by Apple or Google under their terms.
- No free trial or introductory price is offered unless it is explicitly shown in the Apple App Store or Google Play purchase sheet.
Purchases, stores, and third-party terms
Your use of Kopo may also be subject to third-party terms, including Apple App Store, Google Play, Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, Firebase, Google Mobile Ads, and device platform terms. If there is a conflict between these Terms and required store billing rules, the applicable store billing rules control for that purchase or subscription.
Feedback
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you give Smart Cloud Systems permission to use them to improve, operate, market, or develop Kopo without payment or obligation to you.
Ownership and license
Kopo, including its software, artwork, designs, text, game experience, branding, and other materials, is owned by Smart Cloud Systems or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Kopo on supported devices.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information. By using Kopo, you also agree to the practices described in the Kopo Privacy Policy.
Changes to Kopo or these Terms
We may update, suspend, remove, or change parts of Kopo at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and may provide additional notice in the app or through the app stores.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Kopo if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users or Kopo, violated law, or misused the app. You may stop using Kopo at any time. Store subscriptions must be canceled through Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
Disclaimers
Kopo is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Smart Cloud Systems disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Smart Cloud Systems will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or service interruption arising from or related to Kopo or these Terms. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some parts of this section may not apply to you.
